Sve to ukuhati u ostataak mlijeka. <span style="font-size: large;"><u>Za Fil:</u><br /><br />Poprskati zelatin preko vode u velikoj posudi i staviti sa strane. Penjacom umutiti zumanca i skrobno brasno u srednjoj posudi dok se masa ne sjedini. Jagode, secer, puter i so staviti u blender i samleti. Presuti u manju serpicu i kuvati na blagoj vatri do kljucanja.<br /><br />Ukloniti smesu sa jagodama sa vatre, odvaditi oko pola solje, i uz neprestano mesanje dodati smesi sa zumancima da se temperiraju. Dodati smesu sa zumancima u serpicu sa ostatkom smese sa jagodama i kuvati, uz neprekidno mesanje, dok se smesa ne zgusne (oko 1 min). Procediti kroz cediljku postavljenu iznad smese sa zelatinom. Ostaviti da se hladi, najmanje 30 min, do 90 min.<br /><u><br /></u><u>Smesa sa pekmezom:</u><br /><br />Poprskati zelatin po soku od limuna u majoj posudi i ostaviti dok zelatin ne nabubri, oko 5 min. Zagrejati pekmez u mikrotalasnoj posudi uz povremeno mesanje, 30-60 sekundi. Dodati nabubreli zelatin i promesati. Ostaviti sa strane.<br /><br /><u>Kore:</u><br /><br />Ukljuciti pecnicu da se zagreje na 180 C. Pripremiti 2 posude za pecenje (okruglu, precnika 20 cm i kvadratnog oblika, 20 X 20 cm). Premazati posude puterom, postaviti papirom za pecenje, ponovo premazati puterom, i posuti brasnom.<br /><br />Pomesati brasno, secer, prasak za pecivo, i so. Dodati ulje, celo jaje, vodu i ekstrakt od vanile i sjediniti rucnom penjacom. Umutiti belanca sa cream of tartar u cvrstu (ali ne suvu) penu. Odvaditi oko 1/3 belanaca i dodati u smesu sa brasnom. Sjediniti. Dodati ostatak belanaca i sjediniti.<br /><br />Odvaditi 1 solju smese ( oko 250 ml) i rasporediti po posudi za pecenje okruglog oblika. Ostatak rasporediti po posudi kvadratnog oblika. Fil usuti u obruc za korama (povrsina fila bice iznad kora). Poprskati ostatak smese sa pekmezom preko fila i ravnomerno rasporediti. <span style="font-size: large;">Razvaljajte lisnato tijesto po obliku tepsije i veličini . nemojte koristit tepsiju od pečnice to je prevelika i kolač bi vam bio tanak.<br /><br />Stavite peći lisnato jedno po jedno izbodite ga malo s vilicom da se nebi previse diglo pecite na 200 stupnjeva 15 min zavisno od pecnice . kada dobije lijepu zlatnu boji gotovo je.<br /><br />Puding stavite u posudu pimjesajte sa secerom i vanil šećerom te malo mlijeka koje ste odvojili od litre. Ostatak mlijeka stavite da zakuha,kada zakuha ulijte pripremljen puding kuhajte 2-3 min . Ostavite da se ohladi neka bude mlako. U drugoj posudi izmikajte margarin te dodajte mlaku kremu od pudinga idobro izmiksajte.<br /><br />Dobro izmiksanu kremu stavite na jednu koru od lisnatog tijesta,lijepo izravnajte. Stavite u frizider na 15 min. Dok je kolač u frizideru vi izmiksajte šlag. Izvadite kolač iz frizidera i stavite na njega slag .<br /><br />Gore na slag stavite drugu koru lisnatog tijesta. predlažem za ovu gornju koru prije pecenja da odmah isjecete na kocke tako nećete imat problema pri rezanju. velicinu kocki sami odredite kako vam odgovara. <span style="font-size: large;"><u>Pripremite meso:</u><br /><br />Uzdjelu stavite meso koje ste odabrali dodajte jaje,sol,papar,kumin,naribani luk i cesnjak ,te dovoljno krusnih mrvica da dobijete finu smjesu .Mijesajte rukom kao da mijesite tijesto.Moj vam je savjet da komadic mesa prepzite na suhoj tavi da vidite dali vam odgovara slanost i zacinjenost opcenito.Pustite meso da odstoji dok ne napravite nadjev:<br /><br />Operite ii ocistite spinat/ako koristite zamrznuti pustite da se prije otopi/nasjeckajte luk,paprilku i cesnjak.<br />U tavi stavite maslac sa mlazom ulja, dodajte luk i cesnjak ,pirjajate minutu dvije ,potom dodajte papriku pa nastavite jos par minuta pirjajti dok malo ne omeksa,n kraju dodajte spinat ,pustite da se sve ispirja i tekucina ispari.Dodajte sol i papar po ukusu. Spinat dodatno ocijedite u cjedalici ,nasjeckajte ga.<br /><br />Navlazite radnu plohu pa stavite prozirnu foliju.Na foliju rasirite meso.Nemojte da bude debelo.Podijelite na osam dijelova.Na svaku tsavite nadjev. Preklopite kofte tako da nadjev ostane unutar kofti .Prije nego cete ih preklopiti mozete jos m alo rastanjiti tijesto a onda ih preklopiti ,procijenite sami jer to ovisi o kolicini nadjeva koje cete dobiti.Stisnite krajeve.<br /><br />Stavite kofte na protvan na koji ste stavili papir za pecenje .Premazite ih sa malo maslinovog ulja i pospite sa malo krusnih mrvica. <span style="font-size: large;"><u>Za koru:</u><br /><br />Belanca najbolje da vam odstoje na sobnoj temperaturi 3,4 sata pre mucenja ili jaja ostavite van frizidera da prenoce.Bitno da ne budu hladna. Rernu zagrejte na 250 stepeni. Umutiti dobro belanca,kada su umucena lagano dodavati secer svo vreme muteci,mora da bude jako cvrst sneg. Pred kraj dodajte kasiku sirceta i jos mutite.<br /><br />Veliki pleh od sporeta premazite margarinom ,stavite pek papir i opet premazite margarinom.<br />Izrucite umucena belanca i poravnajte. Stavite u rernu i temperaturu odmah smanjite na 150 stepeni. Susite koru sat vremena pa smanjite na 100 stepeni i susite jos pola sata. Otvorite rernu i ostavite koru u rerni dok se rerna potpuno ne ohladi i kora u njoj. (ja to nekad radim uvece,pa ostavim koruz preko noci u rerni,bude odlicna,jos bolja;) )<br /><br /><u>Za fil:</u><br /><br />Stavite da se kuva 8dl mleka sa secerom. <span style="font-size: large;">U 1, 5l mleka skuvati 5 pudinga od čokolade. Kada se ohladi dodati mu umućen margarin i šećer u prahu i (prethodno otopljenu i prohladjenom mlečnom čokoladom). Ovaj fil podeliti na 2 dela. U prvi deo staviti lomnjeni petit keks, a u drugi deo lomnjeni plazma keks. Sada fil sa plazmom podeliti opet na 2 dela, i fil sa petitom podeliti na 2 dela..<br /><br />Kalup za torte obloziti najlonskom folijom i redati:plazma fil, jagode, petit fil banane, plazma fil, jagode .. <span style="font-size: large;">Od navedenih sastojaka pripremiti biskvitno tijesto. U posudu za miksanje staviti bjelanjke, a žumanjca odvojiti u jednu ćašu. Miksati bjelanjke sa šećerom u čvrst snijeg. Pa dodavati i miksati redom: ulje, 6 žlica brašna i prašak za pecivo, jedan po jedan žumanjak, pa mlijeko i preostalo brašno. Uliti u pleh srednje veličine (cca 25x35 cm) u koji smo stavili papir za pečenje (radi lakšeg vađenja kocki). Peći na 180 st.C dok se biskvit počne odvajati od stranica pleha.<br /><br />Punč kremu skuhati na način da se prvo otopi margarin i čokolada, kad je otopljeno, dodati šećer, pa mlijeko i na krjau rum. Kad krema zakuha maknuti s vatre. <span style="font-size: large;">Sjediniti svježi sir, umućeno jaje i kiselo vrhnje, pa posoliti, po ukusu!Posebno umutiti sastojke za premazivanje kora. Na radnu plohu staviti kore za pitu, pa prerezati po sredini. Jedan list premazati smjesom za premazivanje, pa poklopiti drugom korom. Na jedan kraj staviti 2 kašike fila!<br /><br />Preklopiti strane, tako da fil ne izađe van, pa zarolati. Na isti način pripremiti ostale kore! Rolnice redati u uljem premazan pleh. Premazati rolnice sa malo ulja. Peči u pečnici zagrijanoj na 200 C. Pečene ostaviti kratko, prekrivene! <span style="font-size: large;">Krećemo od mleka, jogurta i šećera koje stavima da se ugreju. Mleko treba da bude mlako, tako da ne peče čist prst koji malko uguramo u mleko da probamo. Odna skinemo mleko sa vatre i izmrvimo kvasac, ostavimo da nadođe. Kada je kvasac onako, nabubrio, onda je spreman za dalji rad.<br /><br />Za to vreme izmerimo brašno, ja sam se trudila da uradim baš sve po receptu, ne onako odokativno i to je baš dobra mera. U brašno stavimo so i margarin. Margarin dobro izmrvimo sa brašnom. Dodamo jaje i mleko sa kvascem i jogurtom i mesimo dok ne postane skroz glatka masa. Pošto je testo više meko nego tvrdo, lakše je da se mesi rukom ispod testa i tako u krug ga pomerati. Bude jako lepo i glatko. Onda ga stavimo na toplo mesto, ja prekrijem krpom i upakujem u ćebe, da odstoji nekih sat vremena, kako bi se udvostručilo.<br /><br />Daku pospemo brašnom i razvijemo testo na što tanje, ne baš fliš papir tanko, ali nekih 5-7 mm je taman. Onda vadimo sa nekom velikom modlom krugove, tako da jedan krug bude otprilike malo više od trećine širine okrugle tepsije u kojoj ćemo peči pogaču. Meni je izašlo nekih 30 komada.<br /><br />Umutimo jaje sa margarinom i dodamo sir, da bude fina, jednolična masa. Tepsiju namažemo margarinom i stavimo jedan krug tik uz ivicu tepsije. Na njega stavimo uvrh kašikicu fila, pa 2/3 kruga prekrijemo novim krugom. Ako imate više nego ja krugova, možete i gušće ređati. Tako ređamo skroz u krug, dok ne istrošimo sve i kada dođemo do zadnja 2-3, onaj prvi krug malčice podignemo ( i one koji leže na njemu) i guramo zadnje ispod njih. Tada ovako pripremljeno ostavimo još nekih 20-tak minuta i za to vreme malo upržimo susam i umutimo žumance sa uljem.<br /><br />Kada je odstojalo, premažemo jajetom i stavimo u rernu na 200 C da se peče nekih 20 minuta, onda prekrijemo od gore papirom za pečenje i ostavimo još 10 minuta. Meni je najlakše da lepo izvadim pečenu pogaču na tanjir, tako što je opsečem u krug, prekrijem velikim tanjirom, prevrnem, ponovo stavim jedan tanjir od gore i ponovo prevrnem i gotovo, pogača spremna za cepkanje.<br /><br />Vrlo je lako naprabiti i veoma je ukusno plus lepo za oći. <span style="font-size: large;">Najprije napravi i ispeci biskvit. Bjelanjke i sol ulupaj u pjenicu, pa dodaji polako secer i vaniliju. Miksaj dok ne dobijes finu cvrstu pjenicu. Brasno, bademe i kakao prosij skupa, pa sve dodaj bjleanjcima sa koricom od narance. Sve pazljivo izmijesaj iskljucivo spatulom.<br /><br />Pekac premazi i pospi brasnom, pa uspi masu za biskvit. Sve lijepo poravnaj i peci na 180 stupnjeva 20-tak minuta. Peceni biskvit izvadi iz peci i pusti da se ohladi. Hladan prelij sokom od narance.<br /><br />U medjuvremenu skuhaj kremu. Zumanjke dobro izmijesaj sa secerom i vanilijom, pa umuti brasno. Uskuhaj mlijeko, pa polako dodaji vrelog mlijeka smjesi sa zumanjcima. Na kraju sve skupa vrati u istu posudu gdje se kuhalo mlijeko i kuhaj uz stalno mijesanje dok se smjesa ne zgusne kao puding. Skini sa vatre. Zelatinu pomijesaj sa 4 zlice vode i kada nabubri umjesaj je u vrelu kremu.<br /><br />Dok se krema hladi ulupaj vrhnje u cvrstu pjenicu. Hladnoj kremi dodaj ulupano vrhnje i koricu od narance, pa sve dobro izmijesaj iskljucivo spatulom. Polovicu dobivene kreme premazi preko hladnog i natopljenog biskvita. Poravnaj sto mozes bolje. Stavi u hladnjak dok drugi dio kreme ne napravis.<br /><br />Otopi cokoladu i umijesaj je u ostatak kreme isto spatulom . Cokoldni dio kreme rasporedi preko bijele kreme, lijepo poravnaj i stavi u hladnjak da se sve dobro stisne 2-3 sata.<br /><br />Na rashladjeni i ucvrsceni kolac poslazi amaretti keksice. Sve lijepo isaraj otopljenom cokoladom. Vrati kolac u hladnjak i neka tako prenoci. Sutradan rezi kolac na kocke, tako da je u sredini svake kocke jedan amaretti keksic. <span style="font-size: large;">Bjelanaca malo posolite pa umutite u čvrst snijeg. Posebno izmiješajte žumanca i šećere. Dodajte mljijeko, ulje prosijano brašno s pecilnim praškom i na kraju ručno umješajte tučeni bjelanjak. Pecite biskvit u ugrijanoj pećnici na 180 C oko 20 minuta. Provjerite čačkalicom . Kad se biskvit ohladi posložote na njega narezane banane koje ste pokapali sokom od limuna da ne izgube boju.<br /><br />Puding okus banana skuhajte u 450 ml vode u koju ste dodali par kapi arome banana.Kuhajte kao i uobičajno prema uputama na vrećici. Prelite preko banana. Pustite da se ohladi pa smjestite u frižider. Čokoladu isjeckajte. Vrhnje stavite da se ugrije ali ne i da zakuha pa prelijte preko isjeckane čokolade. Miješajte dok god se smjesa ne ujednači. Ohladite na sobnu temperaturu.<br /><br />Kad se ohladilo umutite mikserom dok se ne poveća volumen i ne postane pjenasto. Na jedan kraj premazanog tosta poredjati maline.<br /><br />Urolati tost sa malinama. Rolate umočiti u razmućeno jaje. Puterom premaziti tiganj i kolače peći sa svih strana po nekoliko sekundi. Izrezati pek papir velicine kalupa, kalup palo pomastiti, staviti papir, sasvim malo ga podmazati uljem i lagano posuti mljevenim bademima<br /><br />Jaja razdvojiti...Zumanjke dobro umutiti sa 4 kasike secera, pa dodati brasno i gustin, sve lijepo sjediniti dodati bademe i na kraju cvrsto ulupani snijeg od bjelanjaka koji smo umutili sa 1 kasikom secera, dodati narandzinu koricu i sve rucno izmjesati. lagano<br /><br />Ravnomjerno podjeliti u pripremljene kalupe. Peci oko 12 min na T 200 *C ili zavisi od vase rerne... najbolje stara provjerena metoda cackalicom. Kod mene na 200 skoro nista ne izgori... Ostaviti u kalupu da se ohlade i onda izvaditi.<br /><br />Za krem umutiti mascarpone sir sa 2 kasike staub secera i naribanom korom narandze Posebno umutiti slatko vrhnje sa ostatkom secera i v. secerom. Umijesati u smjesu sa sirom i sve skupa izmjesati. Krem je dosta cvrst, tako da ne treba dodavati zelatinu.<br /><br />Staviti jednu koru na tanjir, premazati kremom, posuti narezanim jagodama, preko ponovo krem, pa kora i odozgo ukrasiti sa ostatkom krema<br /><br />Gotovu tortu posuti sa krupnije mljevenim bademima i malo prosarati istopljenom cokoladom. <span style="font-size: large;"><u>Biskvit</u><br /><br />Orahe samljeti i pomiješati s čokoladom u prahu, kakaom, gustinom i praškom za pecivo. Bjelanjke izmiksati u snijeg i pred kraj miksanja dodati šećer i vanilin šećer. Žumanjke izmiksati s malo soli u većoj posudi. Sve sastojke pomalo dodavati u žumanjke. Miješati špatulom lagano, kružnim potezima dok ne dobijete homogenu smjesu.<br /><br />Za ovu količinu sastojaka koristiti okrugli kalup za torte promjera 28cm. Obložiti dno papirom za pečenje, a rubove namastiti. Izliti smjesu u kalup, lagano protrest da se iznivelira i peć 15 min na 175°C.<br />Nakon pećenja, kalup prekriti krpom i ostaviti 10ak min da se ohladi a zatim čačkalicom izbušiti biskvit i namočiti mlijekom.<br /><u><br /></u><u>Krema od čokolade</u><br /><br />Krema od čokolade zapravo je slična pudingu. Pomiješati gustin sa šećerom i soli u 1,5dcl mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka zakuhati sa čokoladnim prahom, pred kraj dodati mlijeko s gustinom i miješati dok se smjesa ne zgusne. Kad je smjesa gotova, dodati maslac i miješati dok se potpuno ne otopi.<br /><br />Kremu preliti preko biskvita te površinu prekriti plastičnom folijom (da se ne bi stvorila korica) i staviti na hladno mjesto.<br /><br /><u>Parfe od naranče</u><br /><br />Iscijediti sok 1 naranče, staviti u posudu koja se može zagrijati i u njega namočiti želatinu. Vrhnje za šlag dobro izmiksati u većoj posudi, pred kraj dodati šećer, bourbon vanilin šećer i kremfix te ribanu koru naranča.<br /><br />Nakon što je malo odstajala želatina, dodati sok druge naranče te lagano zagrijavati na vatri do cca 70°C (kad se želatina otopi). Ne smije se prokuhati jer onda gubi vezivnu moć.<br /><br />Narančin sok sa želatinom mikserom umiksati u hladan jogurt. Jogurt polako dodavati u šlag i špatulom kružnim potezima miješati dok smjesa ne postane homogena. Gotovi parfe izliti u kalup, zagladiti površinu i staviti na cca 1,5h u škrinju.<br /><br /><u>Žele od naranče</u><br /><br />U sok naranče umočite želatinu. Koristiti mjericu, ukupna količina žele mora biti 2,5dcl.<br /><br />Vodu (dakle, količina vode je onolika koliko od soka 1 naranče fali do 2,5dcl) sa šećerom i limunskom kiselinom zagrijati gotovo do vrenja te uliti u sok naranče sa želatinom. <span style="font-size: large;"><u>Kora:</u><br /><br />Umutiti čvrst sneg od belanaca sa šećerom. Dodati žumanca, orase, brašno i prašak za pecivo. Dobro sjediniti i sipati u kalup od 28cm. Peći na 50-tak minuta na 160C. Kora je penasta i lagana, zato se peče malo duže na manjoj temperaturi. Kad se ohladi , preseći na pola. Da se tokom pečenja kora na sredini ne bi podigla, a stranice spustile, nemojte podmazivati sa strane. Staviti papir samo na dno kore ili podmazati. Tako će kora biti ujednačena kao na slici.<br /><br /><u>Fil:</u><br /><br />Odvojiti malo mleka, a ostalo zakuvati zajedno sa šećerom. U malo mleka staviti puding od vanile i brašno, i kad mleko prokuva, sipati smesu dok se ne zgusne. Ohladiti i dodati umućen margarin ili maslac.<br /><br /><u>Kuglice:</u><br /><br />Otopiti margarin ili maslac, dodati sok od narandže, orase, kakao i keks. Sve sjediniti i praviti kuglice oko 15-tak gr teške, ili po želji još manje. Dobila sam 43 kuglica.<br /><u><br /></u><u>Ređati:</u><br /><br />Kora-vanil fil-kuglice-vanil fil-kora-ganaš. Ukrasiti po želji. Ja sam okolo namazala šlagom i prekrila sa mlevenim keksom, a u sredini izlila ganaš.<br /><br /><u>Ganaš:</u><br /><br />Zagrejavati (ne da proključa) slatku pavlaku i čokoladu, dok se ne sjedini. Posle 10 minuta praviti kuglice ,moze sa rukama a moze i sa kasikom za sladoled ....<br /><br />U jednoj serpu sipati vode i jednu kasicicu malu soli ,da kljuca ... stavljati knedlice u kljucalu vodu da se kuhaju 10 minuta . Gotove knedle vaditi iz vode i ostaviti 5 min da se ohlade . <span style="font-size: large;">Krompir oljuštiti, iseći na tanje koturove i posoliti. Šampinjone na brzinu oprati pod mlazom vode, osušiti i iseći na listove debljine oko 1/2 cm.<br /><br />Sud podmazati puterom ili uljem, pa ređati red krompira, red šampinjona i sve posipati origanom i biberom.<br />Poprskati uljem i peći 45 minuta. Ukoliko pre vremena porumeni, prekriti folijom da ne gori, a da se krompir do kraja ispeče!<br /><br />Ako želite bogatije jelo, preliti pavlakom umućenom sa žumancetom. Ili posle 30 minuta posuti krompir rendanim kačkavaljem i zapeći jelo još 15 minuta. <span style="font-size: large;"><u>Priprema biskvita:</u><br /><br />U dublju posudu pomiješati šećer, brašno, kakao, so, prašak za pecivo i sodu bikarbonu. U drugu posudu umiješati jaja, mlijeko, ulje i ekstrakt od vanilije. Smjesu od jaja lagano dodavati u suhe sastojke dok se sve ne sjedini. Na kraju dodati vruću vodu, lagano umiješati i smjesu usuti u pripremljeni veći pleh za pečenje. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 stepeni oko 20-25 minuta. Ohladiti u potpunosti.<br /><u><br /></u><u>Priprema kreme:</u><br /><br />U posudu dobro izmješati jaja zajedno sa šećerom i staviti na paru. Mješati dok se krema ne zgusne. Dodati čokoladu u smjesu i mješati povremeno dok se čokolada ne istopi. Skloniti sa pare i ostaviti da se krema ohladi. Kad se krema dovoljno ohladila, umiješati pjenasto puter sa prah šećerom i u tu smjesu postepeno dodati kremu od jaja.<br /><br />Biskvit prerezati na tri jednaka dijela i filovati sa kremom. <span style="font-size: large;"><u>Biskvit:</u><br /><br />Odelite zumancat od belancat.Belancat stavite u posudu za mucenje.Dodajte prstohvat sol te izmiksajte dok dobijete cvrst sneg.Dodajte secer te kratko izmiksati.Dodajte postepeno ulje i mleko i miksajte kratko dok se poveze.<br /><br />Sad namalite mikser na najmanjoj brzini,te dodavajte jedno po jedno zumance.Miksajte samo dok se sve poveze.Iskljucite mikser,te dodajte prosijano brasno sa praskom za pecivo,te sve lepo varjacom rucno izmesajte dok se poveze.<br /><br />Kalup precnika 28 cm.oblozite pek papirom.Izlijte masu,zagladite povrsinu te stavite peci u predhodno zagrejanoj pecnici na 200 stepeni nekih 25 minuta.Najbolje proverite cackalicom.Gotov biskvit,izvadite iz kalupa te ostavite da se ohladi dok spremate kremu.<br /><br />U manju serpicu stavite 300 ml.vrhnje za slag.Dodajte izlomljenu cokoladu i secer,te otapajte na niskoj vatri.Pazite da ne prokljuca.Kada se sve lepo otopi i sajedini,maknite sa vatre te ostavite sa strane da se prohladi.<br /><br />Ostatak vrhnja u drugu posudu izmiksajte u sneg.Nemora biti cvrst,dovoljno kada se pojave metlice na povrsini,tada je gotovo.<br /><br />Dodajte prohladzenu cokoladu,te sve lepo ruco izmesajte (nikako mikserom).Na kraju dodajte iseckanu cokoladu ili cokoladne kapljice.<br /><br />Kada se sve lepo poveze,torta je spremna za slaganje. Na tacnu na koju ce vam stajati torta stavite koru.Vratite obruc oko nje.Ja sam pod biskvita stavila aluminiumsku foliju kako nebi mi iscurela krema.<br /><br />Potom izlijte kremu,zagladite povrsinu,te stavite u hladnjak najmanje 2 saata,da se torta dobro stegne. <span style="font-size: large;">Jabuke oguliti, narezati na nejednake kriške i staviti na tepsiju koja je obložena papirom za pečenje. Velika tepsija od pećnice. Posuti vanilin šećerom, 1-2 žlice šećera i cimetom. Peći na 180 stupnjeva oko 15-20 min.<br /><br />Žutanjke i šećer miksati da budu pjenasta, dodati brašno,sjediniti i na kraju umiješati snijeg od bjelanjaka.<br />Izliti biskvit na jabuke i peći oko 10-15 min.
